Danielle Selby, PT, DPT
Danielle grew up in an Air Force family traveling the United States. She returned to her Colorado roots 20 years ago and has been here ever since. Growing up, Danielle was an athlete and had an interest in healthcare. These led her to attend Colorado State University and graduate with Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine. In 2007, Danielle received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Selby has 13 years of experience treating individuals across a broad range of specialties and life-stages. Danielle has treated athletes, post-operative patients, geriatric patients, individuals with neurological conditions, patients with complex co-morbidities, and many more. She passionately believes in partnering with her patients to address their functional limitations. This enables them to achieve goals that will allow them to return to their greatest potential. Dr. Selby’s treatments focus on addressing dysfunction to improve pain and creating a space to listen and understand patient needs. She also believes in educating patients and empowering them to make positive gains in their health and life. Danielle is certified in trigger point dry needling (TPDN). She also has extensive continuing education on neurological rehabilitation (MS, CVA, Parkinson’s Disease), treatment of myofascial pain, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and temporomandibular (TMJ) dysfunction.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband Dan, daughters Elizabeth and Julia, and their yellow lab, Sammy. They spend their free time hiking, camping, and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado.
