Meet Our Front Desk Coordinator, Dana

Originally from Southern California, Dana has been living in Colorado since 2008. Before her move, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge. She also has an extensive background in martial arts, and has been practicing both Kung Fu and Tai Chi for twelve years. During her time as an instructor, Dana became interested in studying the concept of chi (qi), and incorporated it into her classes by using a variety of methods such as meditation, qi-gong, and breathing techniques. She found great satisfaction in guiding students along the path to a healthier and more relaxed way of life. Dana is also a passionate animal lover.
