Our Approach to Sports Massage
Sports massage encompasses many different massage modalities including, deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, and myofascial release. This type of massage focuses on those with physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. During a sports massage session our therapists consider the impacts of certain activities on the body. Our therapists know that being active impacts certain joints, muscle groups, ligaments, and tendons differently. They take into account the athletes specific needs and tailor a custom and personal massage for them.
