Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) ESP Sports Medicine will be providing telehealth sessions. We have closed our physical location for the time being to help limit the spread of the virus. We anticipate reopening our office in a few weeks.

Telehealth sessions simply require the patient to click on a link sent via email and enter the code provided. To schedule a telehealth session please choose one of the two tabs below.  Telehealth allows us to continue the management of your injury, guidance of exercises, and limited evaluations. Concussion patients and car accident patients should be able to continue their care.

COVID-19 Telehealth Pricing

30-minute Follow Up Session: $45

60-minute New Patient Session: $90

Telehealth is a growing service in health care for those unable to attend a doctor’s office. Intended for times when a patient is out of town, sick, or for bad weather. With the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it has allowed us at ESP to maintain communication during a stressful period. We have decided to stop all in-office sessions to limit exposure for our patients and staff. We are still working to understand whether insurance companies will ultimately reimburse for the service, let alone at a fair rate, so for now our telehealth sessions require an upfront payment to schedule. There are no guarantees that we’ll be able to accept or process your insurance for such services. But, to make it financially feasible for patients during the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve decided to decrease our normal rates by 50%. If you have financial limitations then please reach out to us, as we’d prefer to work with you rather than the insurance companies.

Telehealth videoconferencing allows the patient an opportunity to visually and verbally meet and collaborate with their healthcare provider. You are able to see and talk to the provider once you’ve scheduled an appointment from our homepage, Our providers are available for new patients, new complaints, follow-up sessions, imaging reviews, case reviews, injury management, home therapy, concussion and balance therapy, among any other needs or issues you might have. New patients often use the service to simply meet with one of our providers and discuss their situation before coming in for an in-office appointment.

Once you schedule a session, our system will send an email invite link that you will click on at the time of your appointment. The link will connect you through our video conferencing service with the ESP provider of your choosing. You will need a computer with a camera and microphone, or a smartphone in order to have telehealth capabilities. If not, then we can utilize a simple voice phone call to address your needs.

If you have any further questions about telehealth conferences, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected], or leave a message at 720.509.9633 and we’ll call you back within 24 hrs.
