Coach Ryan Shimabukuro discusses his personal history in Speedskating, the current state of the sport and his thoughts as a coach leading up to the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China. Ryan is the Sprint Team Coach for US Speedskating and was a US National Team athlete himself. Eric St.Pierre was the Trainer for the Short Track team at Vancouver, 2010 and Sochi, 2014 Olympic Games. Eric assisted the US Sprint and Long Distance teams in Calgary, Canada during the Long Track World Cup #4 just the week prior to this interview.
